Exclusive Fashion LLC processes and ships orders as quickly as possible. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days before shipment.

 

  • Carriers: Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times vary based on location. Once shipped, Exclusive Fashion LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

  • Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect addresses.

  • Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the carrier, delivery speed, and destination.

Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives defective.

 

  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing Exclusivo430@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect.

  • Approval Process: Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  • Final Sale Items: Items purchased on sale, limited releases, or discounted products are final sale with no exceptions.
